I’m passionate about empowering adults, youth, and families to move beyond difficult life experiences, renew their mindset, build resilience and confidence, and discover their purpose. I bring lived experience, compassion, leadership, mental health advocacy, and a heart for community. I believe where you were is not where you have to stay, and I’m passionate about creating meaningful connections and collaborating with others to make a lasting impact.
