Last updated: September 7, 2026
Heritage Table ("we", "us", or "our") operates a community platform that connects entrepreneurs, residents, mentors, and organizations through networking, resource sharing, messaging, forums, and AI-assisted tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide: When you create an account or profile, we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to add to your member profile — including member type, industries, location, bio, business information, languages spoken, social links, and verification documents you submit.
Content you create: Posts, messages, forum threads, event listings, resource submissions, project files, and recordings you upload or generate on the platform.
Usage data: Information about how you interact with Heritage Table, including pages viewed, features used, search queries, and device and browser information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
Payment information: Billing is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles payment details and provides us with limited billing status information.
Your profile and publicly posted content are visible to other members and, where applicable, visitors to the platform. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
You can review and update your profile information at any time from your account settings. You may adjust notification preferences, control profile visibility, and manage which details appear in the member directory. You may also request deletion of your account and personal data, or request a data export of your information, through your account settings.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may limit some functionality.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes. Some aggregated or anonymized data may be retained without identifying you.
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
Heritage Table is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
Heritage Table is a global platform. If you access the service from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in that country. By using the platform, you consent to such transfers consistent with this policy and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects when this policy was last revised.
